Don’t live up to their warranties. Within a few days of having my plant, a bunch of the flowers started falling off And died within a week and a half of bringing it home. it was completely dead my other two survived and had no problems with them. When I went back up there to go get more flowers since they do have great flowers and I wanted more for my garden. I told the guy about my plant dying. He told me to bring in a picture of the plant and the Warranty and they would give me a new one. I drove all the way back home got the Warranty took a picture of the dead plant and came back. Then was told I didn’t take care of it right I must not have watered it properly, I told him I did. They said well then it must be because of the sun and I didn’t have it in the right sunlight also not true I also brought it inside on the night that it was too cold, but whatever they have an excuse for everything and why they won’t give you a new one. He told me to bring the plant up there so he could save it because I killed it. But I wasn’t gonna drive another 20 minutes there and back to give him a dead plant and get no refund or exchange. Pretty much talked to me like I knew absolutely nothing and

We wanted a nice dogwood tree to honor a family member. We were treated well, all questions were asked thoughtfully, and we now have a beautiful healthy tree. The personnel who actually planted it were a joy to watch. I can understand why it takes time to get an appointment for landscaping projects, as the care and attention you'll receive is definitely worth the wait. Make an appointment and bring your ideas, Lynn and the staff will be sure to help plan something beautiful!

We purchased a red maple tree June 2021 and it was delivered a year ago the day of this review. I planted the tree myself the same day. Year later tree is doing really well and you can tell it has grown quite a bit since. The lady who helped us gets 5 stars all day everyday. She was great! There was another lady there who may have been a manager or owner I’m not sure but the lady helping us got information from her on the cost of delivery. That lady seemed to be very offended that we didn’t want them to install the tree and questioned our ability to do it. There was a sale of 20% off on stuff they didn’t install themselves so I guess I understand why but she was very rude about it so the 5 stars isn’t for her. Delivery crew was amazing and very helpful as well. Photo is comparison of 1 year ago today and today.

They installed 3 canadian hemlocks and 13 green giant arborvites. The crew was professional and did a great job working with our unique backyard. They quoted a price and a timeframe and delivered on both. Would recommend their landscaping services.
